nel. restaurant is located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD in the underground basement of the Central Station Hotel. Designed by Guru Projects, the sophisticated yet unpretentious venue encompasses an open kitchen viewed from every seat in the house. Featuring long leather booths, exposed brickwork and sleek copper facades, nel is a welcoming space to be loved by everyone. Their branding communicates a minimal elegance, that head chef Nelly Robinson's food is famous for. The restaurant also recently took the top spot for Dimmi's 2016 People's Choice Award.
